Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Since our products are made-to-order through our print-on-demand partner, production begins immediately after your order is placed.

Shipping Times

Domestic (United States):

Standard Shipping: 5-8 business days
Express Shipping: 2-4 business days (available at checkout)

International:

Standard Shipping: 10-21 business days
Customs and import duties may apply for international orders and are the responsibility of the customer.

Free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $50
Flat rate $4.99 for U.S. orders under $50
International shipping rates calculated at checkout based on destination

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your order at any time through the tracking link provided.

Production Locations

Our products are printed and shipped from facilities in the United States. International orders may be fulfilled from the nearest production facility to reduce shipping times and carbon footprint.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, damaged, or delayed, please contact us immediately at kiri.aitken@gmail.com with your order number. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your items.
